Boost fitness, bone strength, and balance while enjoying fresh air in a social setting, with 1-2 mile walks accessible to all abilities, accompanied by a qualified nurse.
Mindfulness Groups:
Focus on the present moment to reduce stress and enhance life quality, with support from our nurses for individual or group therapy, and techniques you can practise at home.
Singing Groups:
Experience physical, mental, and social benefits including improved lung function, stress relief, increased happiness, and community connection through group singing.
Yoga Groups:
Engage in restorative yoga for stress reduction, improved flexibility, and a heightened sense of well-being, with classes tailored to all levels and emphasising gentle stretching and relaxation.
Tai Chi Groups:
