Our Staff

Lisa Griffiths, CEO

My employment background has always been in employment law and employee relations. I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, which is our professional body that oversees the governance of our legal profession. I studied for my Master’s in Law, and I am also a member of the Institute of Directors. In 2023 I was delighted to win the Director of the Year award for the Public and Third Sector.
My career started in the private sector working for the Haliburton Group, Legal & General and Sainsburys. I then moved into the public sector working for Sussex Police and then Powys County Council. In the public sector I became more involved with supporting the corporate strategy and how we can design the business model to be more efficient. At the same time, I focused on business development, which is the culture, behaviors and skills needed to be a successful organization.
I have always enjoyed collaborating with my colleagues and many partners and stakeholders and it is a real privilege to be working as the CEO of The Bracken Trust.
