After you have given us an initial call or dropped into Bracken Trust, you will be offered an appointment with the Nurse. The nurse will arrange a mutually convenient time for you to visit and discuss the support you and your family need.
In certain circumstances, home visits can be arranged.
A plan of support will be devised and reviewed according to your needs. According to your needs, these may continue on a weekly basis or, over time, decrease to fortnightly or monthly.
Support can include counceling, social groups, information and support events, or simply a cup of tea in our welcoming lounge or garden.
